On August 21st, 2010, the 19th annual Olalla Bluegrass (& beyond) Festival will take place in Olalla, WA.

Considered by many to be ‘the best one-day bluegrass festival’ in Washington State, the Festival is a non-profit event dedicated to entertaining and enriching our local community. It’s truly a family event featuring local and national bluegrass artists, great food, handmade arts and crafts, old time craft demonstrations, a wide variety of activities for children and, of course, the legendary Berry Pie Contest. Our very informal research indicates that we attract music fans from as far away as Arizona, Virginia and even Europe – not to mention the hundreds of families and individuals who come from throughout the Puget Sound area.

   The Olalla Bluegrass Festival is organized and produced entirely by volunteers, from the director to the stage crew to the ticket takers. All proceeds from the festival are distributed throughout the local community, including the Olalla Community Club (our primary beneficiary), South Kitsap Southern Little League, our local schools, our local food bank and many others.

   We believe the Olalla Bluegrass Festival is a classic example of a community reaching out and helping itself. We also believe it is a wonderful opportunity for businesses to be involved in a positive event that represents many of the values and ideals that make communities better places to live and work.

   There are many opportunities for local businesses to support and benefit from involvement in our festival. We have three levels of sponsorship available, as well as advertising in the Festival program. Since we are a non-profit 501c corporation, sponsorship funding is tax deductable.

   We appreciate your time and interest and we would be very pleased to answer any questions you may have. A list of Sponsor Packages in which your company can be involved is included on the next page for your consideration.
